Healthy Dranking?????

Hello fitties,
   this month has been packed with two half marathons, two internships, work and lots of exercise. To unwind on this memorial weekend, I decided to make myself a refreshing cocktail using fruits and.....rum!!! I swear, rum makes the world a better place lol. I used watermelon and mint to make this refreshing cocktail. There is just something about a mix of watermelon and mint that makes all of life's problems go away :). Anyhoot, my teeth are still numb from this concoction although I only had one serving last night. Below is the recipe and the pics for my watermelon mint lemonade spritzer, enjoy.


Ingredients
3 cups watermelon
handful of mint leaves
1 cup ice
2 shots triple sec
3 shots rum
3 lemons squeezed
blend and strain a bit and you got urself a drank what ya thank? LOL
